At TOUR Southern and Eastern Kentucky we believe entrepreneurs are the key to a healthy economy. In order to build additional entrepreneurial talent in the region we will be launching SEKY’s BEST (Business and Entrepreneurial Skills Training) in the near future. We have invested our efforts and resources into building entrepreneurial talent to have thriving companies in the region. As a result, we will have quality jobs, healthy communities, and a diverse regional tourism economy. Entrepreneurs are the core to this success yet there are few resources and outlets for them to get what they need.

SEKY’s BEST will focus on training entrepreneurs in tourism related businesses. The program will teach folks new to running a business how to develop a solid, workable business plan and those already in business how to increase their revenue and their profit.

Instructors for the classes will be Sandy Roseberry, TOUR SEKY Grants Specialist and Michelle King, C.P.A., TOUR SEKY Chief Financial Officer. Roseberry and King and both certified instructors in entrepreneurial training.
