Meet the TourSEKY Staff

Jeff Crowe

President/CEO

Jeff joined TOUR SEKY in 2003 as the National Scenic Byways Director. He was promoted to President and CEO in December 2008. Tourism has always been a passion for Jeff. He was involved with TOUR SEKY long before he became a part of the organization. Jeff worked for the Estill Development Alliance in his hometown of Irvine, while there he served as corridor chair for the TOUR SEKY Mountain Parkway Trails Corridor. Jeff is a certified Main Street Manager and Certified Tourism Professional.

Jeff also promotes TOUR SEKY and its programs throughout the state and Southern United States. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Tourism Council and Southeast Tourism Society. When he isn’t busy boasting the many attractions and adventure in southern and eastern Kentucky, Jeff likes to spend time with his family back home in Irvine. Michelle King

Chief Financial Officer

Michelle King joined TOUR SEKY in 2005. She is the Chief Financial Officer and Certified Public Accountant. She has also completed three certifications in Grants Management. Michelle works closely with TOUR’s President/CEO for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of grant programs. She works diligently to secure funding to ensure the growth and success of TOUR’s programs. She also trains staff members on the grants they work with and assists with educational community workshops.

Michelle resides in McCreary County with her husband, their two children and seven dogs. When she isn’t at work, Michelle spends time cheering on her son at his baseball games and spending time with her daughter. To contact Michelle, mking@tourseky.com

Maggie Bill

Programs Director

Maggie joined TOUR SEKY in 2009 as the Community Outreach Specialist. Maggie oversees Community Development Funds, National Scenic Byways and Media Relations. She works to make sure residents in the 47 county service area are aware of the many programs and opportunities that are available to them. She works with Scenic Byways and Regional Teams to help access the needs of the region.

Maggie is a native of Hazard, KY but now calls Berea home. She enjoys spending the weekends with her husband traveling or just relaxing at home. Tourism isn’t Maggie’s only passion.
